1. Leadership is about clarity, not control. Confused teams make mistakes...be clear. Manage expectations up front to remove ambiguity.

2. Trust is your currency. You can be the smartest peron in the room, but without trust, no one will follow you. Authenticity, empathy and logic form the trust tirangle. Know your wobble.

3. Your ego is the biggest obstacle to your success. Drop the need to be right, focus on impact. Humility helps you shoulder more than your fair share of the task 100% and then some.

4. Overcommunication is a myth. If you think you've repeated it too much, say it again. Make it stick and actionable with video and visualization.

5. Hard conversations define you. Avoiding them doesn't make them disappear...it makes them worse. Having them is really leveraging that you care.

6. Speed and bias for action is a weapon.Take the shot and make decisions with 70% of the info and adjust as needed. Waiting for 100% means you are already too late. Be deliberate. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

7. Lead yourself first. If you're burned out eand incosistent, your team will be too. Knowing yourself and being authentic paves the way to align and accelerrate for exceptional results.

8.You don't rise to the occasion...you fall to the level of your preparation. Train like it matters. Companies don't grow, People grow and they grow companies. Train them to grow.
